OUR ASSOCIATION

aims to work

~ along with other voluntary groups,

with local businesses

& agencies

& with the

statutory authorities ~

to make

our social & cultural life richer

& to make

better known

all that’s happening here

& all that’s planned.

 

We hold meetings,

to which all

are welcome,

on the second Wednesday

of each month

at 7pm

in the Bacchus Hotel.

 

There's an annual subscription of £5

while others

coming to meetings

are invited to contribute 50p

each time they attend.

 

Social events

& fund-raising efforts

are frequently arranged

with all proceeds

going towards enriching

the quality of life

in our community.

 

 

 

The Association also

arranges various events

during the year.
 

THE SUTTON-ON-SEA STREET PARTY

in Cromer Avenue

with entertainment

along the High Street

on Friday 1st June

 

A PARTY BY THE PADDLING POOL

 

on Wednesday 11th July

with a Licensed Bar

THE FURLONGS FESTIVAL

Wednesday  August 22nd

 

 

THE SUTTON CHALETS

 

The Residents Association also has been given by

East Lindsey

District Council 

a 5 year lease of

the Beach Huts

above the Paddling Pool.

These are available

for the use of residents & visitors & the letting arrangements can be obtained by ringing

MERIDALE INFO CENTRE

is open each Friday

with the Town Clerk present

on the first Friday of each month

& Councillors in attendance on other Fridays.

The Centre offers the following services:

  • To report non-emergency issues or concerns

  • Lost & Found

  • Office Security Marking Service

  • Crime Reduction Survey

  • Town Clerk's Office (Monthly)

  • Council Surgery

(Town, District & County Representatives)

  • Printing Service

  • Cheaper Postage Service
